We had GoldStar come in for a fridge repair. He actually came in New Year Day and responded right away to our problem. I have never met a more honest technician. While the fridge was not repairable, he advised us to contact the appliance company and helped us get money back from the warranty. Not only that, we reached out to him for advice on buying a new fridge a week later and he answered his texts multiple times during the week while not being obligated to do so in any way. I would recommend GoldStar to anyone looking for appliance repair. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled.

Ultrascape did an amazing job replacing my patio with interlocking pavers. Jim always answered my questions, kept with his time commitments and quote, was friendly and his team paid a lot of attention to detail while completing the job fast. Lulu’s had been cleaning my house Bi-weekly for the last 3 years. Her services and her staff are very professional, she is detailed, meticulous, my house is always sparkling clean. What I love the most is that she takes initiative to clean areas of the house without being prompted and I am always pleasantly suprised. My daughter says that we could never clean our house like Lulu, she just does it better. Always on time, upbeat, and extremely trusworthy. I highly recommend her cleaning services to anyone.

I would not recommend the service from this company. They are overbooked and the treatments have never been applied on time. My lawn is overgrown with weeds. I called customer service to raise an issue with the last weed management treatment which did not kill any weeds whatsoever, they said they would come and inspect. Never showed up. Called again and they said there is no note for inspection. Then they tried to blame it on crabgrass. I got so frustrated calling back a three or four times and never felt like I am being taken seriously. Currently I'm trying to get a refund for the rest of the season. I'm especially disappointed as they brag so much about their customer service. I'm not one to usually complain, I have never written a negative review before. UPDATE: Customer service did contact me and they reapplied the weed treatment. The weeds have started to die off. They called to follow up on the treatment done. I have decided to continue with the services.
