My wife and I were looking at purchasing a villa/condo in Airdrie, in October,2017. Contacted Gord, thru Cave to Castle website and we discussed what he would be doing as part of his inspection and the written report he would give us. Gord went to the residence and checked everything from the basement to the attic and everything in between, he even checked that all the taps worked and toilets flushed. After the inspection Gord contacted me to give me the verbal highlights of what was found, both the good, bad and what to be aware of, like certain cold spots in the kitchen ceiling area. A day after the inspection Gord sat down with us to go thru his written report that included pictures of areas he felt would be better explained. we were very pleased with Gord's service as he is very personable and a real professional, in fact, he is a retired SAIT instructor from the construction trades, so well qualified.
