Bruce was the person who came and helped with the Microwave. He called before coming, was super friendly, was earlier than scheduled and made time for us even during the busy holiday season. Found the problem within the first 10 minutes, saved us a few bucks by replacing only what needed to be replaced. Highly recommended.
