This was our first security camera system. After shopping around, I decided to go with Total Security Surveillance. Ray was extremely polite, thorough and very available. He showed up the same day I called him, which was very convenient. He explained everything to the last detail. He was always on time and always replied immediately when I had questions, after the install was completed. The work was completed not only on time as promised, but he was also done early! They also cleanup after the install and when they are done, it's like no one had been there! All cameras we installed were hard wired and there are no visible cables anywhere. Everything was hidden properly and it all looks great. Very professional. The cameras work perfectly and have excellent clarity. Ray also periodically checks up on the system months after it was completed to make sure we were happy. Ray understands the safety value people have for their families and property.
