SR in Vancouver

We got 3 quotes on a new furnace and DC gas seemed to be the most knowledgeble and service oriented so we hired them. Our furnace is mid-effeciency - all we need for our little house - and it works great. The heat is even and the fan is quiet. During the install, the workman left for the day with the furnace half installed and didn't come back until we called DC gas a few times. Also, they promised we would receive a BC Hydro credit for the furnace but we found out later that did not qualify. Finally, once installed, the installer is supposed to call the city to inspect their work but they did not. We called BC Hydro and had them come in for the inspection which went fine.
