This is the second time we have used comfortec for Windows on our house. The experience the second time was as good as the first. Nice to know you can rely on a solid company to provide a consistent product and service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We had the floor in our basement lifted, the drains all replaced with updated plumbing (including rough in for a second bathroom), and replaced the main structural beam with a new steel I-Beam.

There are no words. Comfortec is the best. They gave us the best price and worked with us all the way through to make sure that we were making the right, and best, choices. From window (style) selection, to colour, to lockset, Igor and his team were there to help. They were ready for the installation when they said they would be and did the entire thing in a single day. They made sure everything was square and level and that any gaps (unavoidable in a 100 year old house) were properly insulated and sealed. We noticed an immediate improvement in our Air Conditioning (not running nearly as often) and in the noise level from the busy street outside. Working with these guys was so great that I wish we had more windows to replace! I would highly recommend Comfortec to anyone that asked -- you won't be disappointed.
