Moving. How difficult could it be for a moving company. Extremely, for this one! Bring your own assess or horses (if you can afford), but dare use this Two Men on crack company. Incompetent employees, unresponsive management. Could not responsibly handle a local move. Everything that could go wrong, did. Arrival - late, disassembling- improper, loading- rough, unloading- rough again, assembling- lose, billing- incorrect. They showed up telling me they need to move 3 more houses after us (really, not my problem), and then did the way they did. Ended up doing most things by myself, correcting their mess. All the while they gave me the impression, that they were doing me favors, appeared I will not have to pay for their disservice, guess what I was wrong.

We recently moved to the GTA and shopped around for appliances. We bought a DW, great prices, great service However, the service (delivery and install) is painfully expensive. We haggled and got them to discount the price, not sure if the product was discounted or the service, we got the combined at a good price. Would DEFINITELY recommend shopping at Lowes if you are shopping in on apps.

Not thoroughly impressed. Ok service. I wanted to get new shutters for the whole house and thought going with a 'brand name' retailer with a brand name product. I was under the impression, the above combo would do me well, even if it costs higher, wasn't so. In hindsight, I could've save a few '00$ by going a smaller retailer than going with HD. Going through Home Depot, and paying a premium, one would expect more than adequate service on delivery, installation and the works, in our case, it was just functional. 3.5 stars for both, not terrible, but not brilliant either.
