I have not been able to get a hold of Emerald for over a week, despite wanting to hire them to do a little touch-up work on their flooring job. As a result, I can no longer recommend them. Their phone lines are "disconnected", they don't reply to WhatsApp or Messenger messages, and don't reply to HomeStars messages. My original review is below, but please take it with a very large grain of salt and consider hiring someone else: ----------------------------------- I own two properties and have worked with many contractors over the last 30 years. Some good, some not so good! Emerald is excellent. I had a 14'x17' kitchen floor that was very old linoleum and needed replacing. I chose Emerald Flooring because of their good reviews, quick responses, knowledge and flexibility. Ultimately, they covered the old linoleum with luxury vinyl plank, as a way to add a little R factor to a cold kitchen floor. Emerald took the job on Friday and did it all in one day the following Monday! They arrived right on time, too. Their communication was wonderful, they were very friendly, and happy to adjust the job details as new information came to light. I am very happy with my new floor, and plan to work with Emerald on any future flooring projects. Hire them with confidence!

Mohamad did a wonderful job. His communication was perfect and friendly. He discussed the work thoroughly and inspected the job site to ensure accuracy of the quote. He completed the work on schedule and with a great price. We would not hesitate to use Dirt Dragger again. Hire them with full confidence!

Empower did a great job of replacing my aging furnace and AC. The sales lead, Tommy, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to reach out to his team to answer unusual questions, and always had time to go over the details with me. He prepared several proposals, taking into account various configurations and rebate scenarios. In the end, I feel that Empower gave me the best possible pricing, on a high quality / high efficiency system. The installation went very smoothly, the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and worked hard to make sure all of the little details were attended to. I honestly could not be happier, and am happy to recommend Empower. They run an excellent company, and you will definitely be happy with their work.

Needed brand new railings installed. Nicholas brought some nice samples and talked us about our options. He gave us a great price, did top-notch work (even though we were very nervous about drilling into natural stone) and was super friendly the whole time. We would absolutely use him again! We could not be happier!

I had a fence pushed to a 45 degree angle to due age and a big windstorm. Andy gave me a great price and fixed my broken fence in less than a week. He is super friendly, smart, and does great work! I'm very happy with my repaired fence, how he tidied everything up, and I will definitely be hiring him again for my fence projects!

Jordan did a great job. He came out promptly to quote the work, and was very friendly and helpful. He kept us updated as the parts were ordered and arrived, and did the job as soon as they arrived. The installation looks great and he helped keep costs low. Will definitely be hiring again!

We hired Jason to re-do some front step brickwork which a landscaper had attempted to repair. The landscaper did a horrible job. Jason came in, did a gorgeous job in under a day, and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him to anybody needing brick and masonry work. He is professional, quick, very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I wish I could give him more than 10 stars!
