We bought storm doors from Encore over a year ago. We needed a small part and it was delivered to our home quickly and without any problems. It's nice to deal with a company that stands behind it's products and delivers great customer service!!!

Frank the owner was prompt, courteous and knowledable. He assessed the damage, gave us a price. When he was repairing the roof, there were a few more areas to be repaired. He repaired everything and the price didn't change. A very friendly, professional company.

We found Mario to be prompt, courteous and very helpful. He took care of all the paperwork. He completed the job within the time frame he gave us. We are very satisfied!! Thank you Mario!!
