Had Vigor install furnace and air conditioning years ago. Woke up on Boxing Day this past year to cold house. Furnace issues...... Called Vigor 24 hour service line and spoke with technician and he said would be there within an hour. And yes he was. Fixed the issue, great service. But what impressed me the most was he seemed to really appreciate my business and wanting to help. Got the bill and was expecting a lot more since emergency call out on Boxing Day. Cost very reasonable. They service what they sell and customer service is big priority! Well done! You guys ROCK!
