Amy is very extremely attention to detail and knowledgeable. I have high ceiling in the house, Amy offer many options and recommendation and help me find the option that fits my budget. very patient with all my questions. I would very highly recommend to use her service!

Tom came to inspect our new house in Aurora in June. He is very professional, and extremely attention to detail. He was explaining all the issues, and potential upcoming issue that we need to watch out for. It gave us a peace of mind that the house we are purchasing has no major issue. I am 100% recommending anyone using his services.
