Have had at least two previous delivery disasters with IKEA in terms of deliveries not showing up with absolutely no notification of this. Have spent tens of thousands here over the years. In general, ove their products specifically their appliances. So despite the previous failures I tried again. Collosal mistake. Was told my fridge and stove would be at my place in Toronto on Fri between 9 and 1. Was in Hamilton so left at 7 am. No show. Took a day off work btw. Called at 2:30 to say my things never made it on the truck. Apparently no one knew this at 9 am??? Rescheduled for 1-5 the next day. Same thing. Drove in and waited. No sign of them. Called at 2:30. THE TRUCK MY ORDER WAS ON IS IN THE SHOP. Ikea this delivery company is just klling your brand. After years of spending this is the last straw. I have asked for a refund and will NEVER EVER spend a dime there again. This appalling customer service is beyond unacceptable.

Moved several big items from a house in Ancaster to a condo in Oakville. Movers provided an accurate quote and good efficient service. Arrived on time and completed the job on time as well.
