Climax send their technicians to provide quotes, which in my case was the same person doing the install. I had asked for 5 different quotes, and I had found that Mohammad had good knowledge of product and was able to explain all technical detail in layman's terms that we were able to process. In terms of a tankless, I agreed with their recommendations as I was looking for more than the minimum, so I had a Rinnai 180IN installed. On the day of install, I found that Mohammad(or Moe) and Reza took pride in workmanship and kept the interior clean. The install looks clean, and efficiently located. These guys took pride in their work. My only complaint is that they had brick dust/debris leftover from their coring outside. I have no problems recommending Climax to everyone.

I had two doors done with these folks, and I would recommend these folks over and over. Myron came by to do a quote for my front entry and side entry for a 1950 built home. Prices were competitive which was why I chose these folks. Liam came and did the install, and he took pride in meticulously putting the door together, ensuring as good an install as he possible. Everything is sealed well, and the door looks beautiful.

Mark was very quick in response to my posting for a service in Homestars as he came out within the same day. With a thorough investigative work work(including pre-thinking well before the visit), he was able to isolate what the issue was with the information I had provided him. My house is built in the 1950's, and he had enough experience with these older built homes as invaluable experience in his arsenal. I highly recommend Drain Relief!
