We used Hoskins Flush to find a leak in our shower (no complaints, though he cut two holes.in our ceiling even though it was clear where the leak was) and to change a bathroom sink faucet, hot and cold line and the p-trap that was leaking. I made it clear to Hoskins what the issue was. When he arrived, he assured me that the p trap was fine and not leaking. Low and behold after he left, the p trap leaked. Thankfully he came back and put some Teflon tape around connections for the p trap. This of course did not work. Till this day he has not returned to replace the p trap as he indicated he would. My biggest issue with him is that he ignored my initial suggestion to just change everything. I'm not sure why he didn't do this all, but I've had to find another plumber to fix what he didn't.

We have used ARNI on several occasions (dryer, fridge) and in multiple homes. Evgheni is accommodating, honest and very good at what he does. I've recommended him to friends and people in our neighbourhood.

We've used Accu Serv in the past for servicing of our furnace and fireplaces. A few days ago, we found a small amount of water pooling around our furnace base. We called Accu Serv immediately and they were able to give us an appointment for the next day. Alex was very helpful. He came, provided some recommendations and made the repair. When the AC continued to leak he came back after his final job for the day to make sure the repair was done right! We appreciate that he took the time to come back and made sure that we could be worry-free. I would recommend Accu Serv and we will be sure to use them again!

We used Carson Dunlop for an inspector on our home. While we felt that the inspector was knowledgable, we found that she missed several things of importance. First, she refused to go on the roof because she claimed that house was too tall. It's a two story home with two accessible areas to access the roof. We aren't the only two story home in the city, so I was confused as to why she didn't want to do this. If she had done this, she may have found that our gutters were not sloped properly and kept water pooled. We had to find this out the day after we took possession and through subsequent visits by roof repair companies. Second, there was efflorescence on the garage wall that she missed completely. Yes, there were things in the garage that we in the garage and it made it difficult to see a lot of the goings on in the garage, but in retrospect, like the roof, I felt that the effort wasn't made. If she made some effort, she would have see it in the front corner of the garage. While it wouldn't have changed our mind about the home, it would have educated us a bit more about the house I can go on with other items she missed, but won't. My point is that there are a lot of better inspection companies out there. We used Carson Dunlop on the recommendation of our realtor, but unfortunately we we won't be recommending them to anyone we know.

Joe was responsive and set up an appointment right away when contacted. Tyler did a great job, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was also patient and went over ways to ensure my furnace works properly. Will definitely use Dial One again!

Alan was helpful from the start and knew right away what was needed to remove the mold on my roof sheathing. Alan also took the time after completing his work to send a report of what he found and the steps to take to avoid having issues again.

We recently took possession of a home, where the previous owners never provided us with a set of keys! While some of the locks were digital, we obviously wanted keys to use in case the battery ever died. I called Dimitri and he was very accommodating. We bought new locks but he suggested just rekeying the doors, which saved us hundreds of dollars! Dimitri was excellent to deal with and he also had a fantastic sense of humour. This is my first home, so it was great to deal with a contractor who was so willing to help. I'll be sure to use him again and recommend him to any friends.
