We experienced very similar service to the previous review. We purchased ordered 5 chaise lounges in November for delivery in Spring. We received two, and were told that they had given the others to someone else. We were promised the remainder in the next shipment. We could never get a straight and clear answer from Bianca as to what had happened to our chairs -- and she never returned phone calls. We would never, ever consider purchasing anything from this store again -- and would recommend that others avoid it too. We prefer to support local businesses -- but not ones who treat customers like this business does.
