I hired Andrey 3 times over the last year, to redo my staircase, install hardwood and refinish hardwood throughout my entire home, including my basement. He and his team are fast, great value and do just incredible work. I have been recommending him since he worked on my home to anyone I meet looking for flooring work. The key word I phrase I use to describe Andrey, is 'Trust worthy', which is worth twice what he charges me alone. My only regret is I do not have more flooring jobs for him to do, he has been that good.

My 1st new home in the GTA. We have had problems as there was large areas with no insulation in the attic which caused condensation in the ceiling, leaky basement (fixed quickly by Martydel), burst pipes in a bathroom causing flooding and damage, poor quality windows causing major condensation damage on the sills. In addition exterior bricks cracked but told that it is not a fault. The fencing has been the biggest issue with 5 months of promises it will be done next week as part of it is provided by the developer. With lots of kids etc, it has become a real problem.
