A friend and I have been customers... Peter is extremely knowledgable and courteous. But there is never any pressure to sell. His pricing is fair and he is always willing to source extra product, no matter the budget. While there are cheaper alternatives out there, once their "extras" are added on, there is no better value than Casa Madera. There is a reason why Casa is a favourite supplier with so many people. We appreciate his product selection, pricing and honesty!

Mark was SO courteous, knowledgable and generous with his time and work on my Pfaff 1199. He went over and above to rebuild the transmission to fix my squeaky machine's uneven stitches and even sold me 6 new steek bobbins for just $5. Later on, he replaced my broken threadholder (at half the cost of a competitor's price). His delivery service is handy too.He's a true pro but is currently on sabbatical. Now we need to go source out a "second-best" provider (darn...) But, BEST wishes in your recovery Mark!
