Our purchase and installation of granite counter and back splash was handled quickly, professionally and we are very pleased with the end product. Our experience began at the store/warehouse where someone focused on showing us small number of the most appropriate samples given our budget and needs which made the decision making much easier. Two days later, someone came to the house to measure and make templates. We took a sink and faucet to them to ensure it would fit and they began cutting the slab we had chosen about 5 days after our purchase. Italstone did the removal of the old counter top the day before the installation, worked a long day completing the installation and our plumber and electrician came the following day. All the staff we spoke to were knowledgeable and customer focused. End result – great granite counter top and backlashed installed and our kitchen fully operational in two weeks to the day of our initial purchase.
