It was a tougher than usual job due to calcification and it was too difficult to remove shower handle to do it myself - that's why I called in a pro.... so glad I did. Very old house, 1890s, so not as straightforward as hoped, but Matt soldiered on and was ultimately successful without having to rip out the whole fitting... and other tenants were able to shower in time for work... thanks Matt!

Hello,
Thank you for your review!

Excellent home inspector, extremely thorough, almost over-thorough (that's a good thing)! Mike explained everything extremely clearly, used some smart techniques to test plumbing, made suggestions as to my next steps before buying, and other suggestions as to what to do if and when I take over the property. He also made himself available later in the day and the following day by phone to answer further questions. Great service, good guy, knows his stuff.

Cody is a delightful person to deal with, as is his colleague Joyce, super professional and friendly. I originally found them on Homestars and have continued to use them on other properties because their service is so good. The biggest project was an eaves cleaning and installation of about 40 foot of leaf screens back in 2013. I have had no problem with them since. Since they were going up ladders to the 3rd floor anyway, I asked about recaulking windows - which they agreed to do too. So even if the total price might seem high compared to the normal cleaning charges, it includes a lot more work, and they did three jobs in one, saving me calling in a different contractor (which would no doubt have cost more). At my own home they have since installed an ice melter at an awkward height, no more big icicles. I would highly recommend them for regular eaves and window cleaning too, it's a pleasure to see them each year.

Roy came to assess, he was a good communicator, very helpful, he gave me a few options with different price points, pointed out that the longer of the brick walls was old but actually dry and didn't need remediation, just paint (saving 1000's). He proposed a plan for interior damproofing and sump pump for the ugly 110 year old street facing basement wall that had flooded a few winters ago when a city mains burst in the street - if only I'd had it then! Chris and crew came to carry out the work the following week, adapting to my travel plans. It was a hot sweaty job, they worked hard and efficiently, and they were also very friendly. They cleaned up the site afterwards and arranged for fast removal of the small dumpster less than 24 hrs later. Even the administrator was friendly and helpful... the company clearly has a great customer service ethos... all in all a good experience.

LS Solutions did such a good job, I called them back to install my next kitchen and will call them again for the next one. They are efficient, well-priced and a pleasure to work with. Hint ( and I learned this the hard way): If you're putting in an Ikea kitchen, it's worth calling in Lee Sanchez before you buy, he gives great advice which can save you money and avoid future aggravation or time-consuming return visits to Ikea.
