We had a leak, we had a private plumber arrive and told us its from our toilet up stairs .after we replaced the seal and toilet we were still experiencing the same leak. We then decided to contact drain king to come to help with the leak .once the technician came out we were suprised that they knew exactly were the problem was, they told me that the leak was coming from and old pipe running from the second to the first floor they fully replaced the pipe and we never had any leak again.
