Working with a constrained budget, Jim gave us a complete review of the current status of furnaces and ducting. He recommended a course of action and made sure that we understood not only 'what' was needed to be done but also 'why'. Jim also was specific about what results we should expect. The results are better than we expected and on budget. Even the basement space is warm, which was historically damn. Britain Mechanical Ltd will be our first call for maintenance and repair.
