Had older home in Calgary to sell needed a lot of work to bring up to code to sell ARS did an absolutely fabulous job in getting rid of mold , fixing walls, floors and completely getting rid of the terrible mold smell, when they finished the house it easily passed the home inspection and sold in one day.
