Smithwood Floors installed new hardwood in my home, and stripped and stained existing hardwood, so that it all matched together. Their team was extremely pleasant to work with. They were communicative and accommodating, and did a great job! 6+ months later, and my floors still look fantastic!

The Dust Ladies have cleaned my home for years now, and years into it, they continue to exceed my expectations. Rebeca is awesome to deal with, and cleaning day is my dog's favourite because the ladies are so nice to her! Definitely recommend the Dust Ladies to anyone looking for an exceptional cleaning service.

Clarke Basement has done us well, yet again! We had them out to our home recently to install a new sump pump. Dave & Noel arrived on time, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and left us no mess! They answered all the questions we had, and were friendly and courteous - which we've come to expect from everyone we deal with at Clarke's. If we ever need basement waterproofing work again, you know who we will be calling!

Had my kitchen tile grout cleaned and sealed. I had asked when booking the appointment, and to the staff themselves who came out, to PLEASE be careful to not damage my newly restored & painted kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, water damage did occur. Alexanians were good in responding to my complaint in a somewhat swift manner, by having someone call me and come out to the house to survey the damage. They had plans to repair it, and directed my issue to my local store to resolve. I booked a day off work to be home when the repair person arrived, but when he did, he had been told his job was to replace the kickplate (which was not the issue), and so he didn't have the right tools and supplies to do the job, and that he'd come back next week. This issue had now drawn on for at least 3 weeks, and I was going to have to take another day off work to deal with this! Not willing to do that, I asked Alexanian's to provide a full refund on the cleaning, and we'd fix the issue ourselves. They agreed, and provided a full refund.

AMAZING experience with this company in October 2011. Super friendly folks that came out, and who had no problem spending the time to explain to us first time homeowners exactly what we needed to know about our ducts and furnace. Will definitely use them again!

Great experience with this company. I was able to deal with them entirely through email. They replied to my emails in a timely and friendly manner. They arrived on time and answered all of my questions when on-site without issue. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Have been a CMS client for a couple of years now, and don't plan to switch anytime soon! In my experience, their customer service and attention to detail are the best in the industry.
