Being an experienced architect, I am naturally very picky in evaluating the quality of construction work to the smallest detail. Rodney and his team performed even beyond my expectations with the quality of their their performance, attention to details and willingness to go beyond what the contract actually called for to make the project successful and pleasant throughout. I am pleased wit hthe results and would highly recommend Filadelfia Construction for their professionalism, quality of execution as well as reasonable pricing.

Brian's company installed a complete HVAC system in my house renovation in 2018, including new furnace and HWT and all the ducting and exhausting systems. A few weeks ago I began to smell gas in my mechanical room and called Enbridge to inspect that. The inspector found a gas leaking from the gas controller of the the HWT. He then shut off the gas supply valve leading to the HWT and required that the controller be replaced. Since this was part of Brian's installations I called and texted Brian many times, informing him about this emergency situation and the fact that I have no hot water in the house. Its been weeks since then and I never heard back from Brian. Cant be less reliable than that. Buyer be ware!!!

We had a leaky fridge in a condo. After doing the research on HomeStars we decided to hire Gold Star because of their positive reviews. We're glad we chose Gold Star. We found Maor to be forthcoming , honest and professional, always on time and striving to do quality work. He made it his business to obtain the original replacement part we needed from the manufacturer, came second time, installed it and even moved the fridge forward and cleaned the area underneath it. His price was reasonable too. We would definitely call him again for any other appliances' repair.. Highly recommend Gold Star to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.
