DO NOT TOUCH DECORA. EVER!!! Does anyone out there have a copy of their actual warranty, as their web site has a link for it that goes nowhere. Also does anyone know of any tade ossociation that they belong to, or claim to belong to? The company is total rubbish and their products are worse. Having paid over half a million dollars for a house we did not expect to have at least one pane in every window in the house replaced due to poor quality construction by Decora. We did not expect that they would have fitted windows into frames which were so badly out of square that they would not close properly. We did not expect that the replacement windows would in turn need replacing because they were defective as well. We did not in our wildest nightmares think that their fitters would have installed a broken patio door frame, and then hidden it with a strip of plastic so that it only started leaking water into our basement after two years, at which point they refused to come and fix it as it was out of warranty. Deal with Decora at your own risk, you have been warned.
