Sunday, 1900 hours, evening, my air conditioner started making loud squeaking noises. Looked on this site and found Nasa. Mr. Gupta called me back and said he would come himself. My motor had died. He replaced it and was done by 2200 hours. No one else would respond as swiftly. Professional and polite. His price was a little more than others but only he responded immediately. I would recommend his to others.
