I used Andrey's services on multiple occasions at my old and the current house. Both times he installed engineered hardwood floors as well as refinished the stairs to match the hardwood color. The stairs refinishing also included changing the pickets and refinishing the railings. Andrey is very thorough - for example in my current house the kitchen area required a large job in terms of subfloor preparation which he handled well. Andrey is easy to work with and I would use him again for relevant projects in the future.

I had a poor experience with Alma windows. I hired Alma to replace most of the windows in my house. When the job was done I noticed that the wall of my new bathroom has been scratched and no cleanup was done inside and outside the house. To make the matters worse, the jamb extension on my new windows is very short and much smaller compared to the other windows in my house. This makes blinds look ugly within the window frame. When I made an inquiry about this I was told that the windows were installed as per GreenON program specification. I asked Alma to produce a document outlining these standards in writing but this was never done. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
