This builder took their time, and,delayed us,but, it was all worth it. Pine Valley Estates took a forest and made it into the most beautiful and private subdivision in Wasaga. Yes, it took some time, and, many delays, but the staff always kept us up to date. Was it frustrating, yes, was it all worth it, YES! The finishings were incredible, and, the service is quick. From the sales staff, to the decor person to the site people. Everyone has been very helpful. Waiting for their next site!

Just wanted everyone to know that this company is an up and coming company. Their service is incredible and their attention to delay is spot on. Working with Floriano and his brother Paulo is a pleasure. They are both professional and explain every little detail. We are renovating my sons home and they have already been there 3 times to make sure everything is measured properly. Who does that? They do. I will recommend them to everyone
