Eric is very difficult to get a hold of. After many calls and delays they have not come out to give us a quote on our retaining wall replacement. There have been a few projected appointments that all have fallen threw on their end. :(
Impossible to get a hold of any their office to cancel account
We have sold our house and are moving out of the city. It has been impossible to have anyone call us about cancelling our account. They make you leave a message and promise to call you back the next business day only to never receive the call back. My cell phone call logs can prove this. I do not recommend this company and strongly caution anyone from using them.
