We spent a decade saving for our ‘dream renovation’ and trusted the owner of this company with the job. Unfortunately our experience was a nightmare. They walked off the job in mid November 2017, leaving us less than 50% complete (job was behind and we were ahead on payments, so we lost $175k) - no windows in half our main floor, no kitchen or water on the main floor or basement, a basement full of sewage and so much more. The work that was done had major issues, most notably the electrical and structural work on our exterior wall (where extension connected in), neither which passed inspection. We are very lucky the wall/house didn’t collapse and we didn’t have a house fire. We will not recommend Mitch as a contractor or tradesperson to anyone.
