We were looking for window shades to be put in throughout our new house and we are glad to have found Window Blinds Direct. The initial contacr with Michael, the visit from Charles who had explained all the options thoroughly, and the estimate provided by Michael were all such positive interactions I decided to go with Window Blinds Direct and cancelled the appointments with other companies. The shades were ready earlier than promised and they are beautiful. Window Blinds Direct definitely is very customer focused and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. We were very pleased with our entire service experience for our furnace. The phone helpline person was very friendly. The service technician John arrived within a few hours, identified the problem, drove out to get the parts and came back to fix the furnace, all within 2 hours. He also looked over our entire system and gave us many helpful maintenance tips. We were only charged for the parts and not for any labour or service call. We will definitely use their service again.
