The crew from roof repair plus replaced my roof in March. While replacing my roof they Broke my aluminum siding on my doorman as well as damaged my aluminum railings more the $900 of damage. The owner of roof repair plus agrees to replace the railings before I gave him final payment. But now he will not return my calls or texts. I trusted his word for he was referred to me by a mutual friend and I took his word/& text . I hope nothing happens to my roof. because I am sure he will not follow through with his guarantee. Also goes by All Can services. Very very unprofessional.

Good job on the roof - however I have sent you several texts over the past 2 weeks, leftyou several voice messages, and a couple of emails regarding the damages done to my aluminum railings while having my roof done All Can Sevices OR Roof Repair Plus (not sure which company to go by). You are well aware of this for you admitted to the damage not only verbally to mySelf and the company that installed my railing originally but also via text. Not to mention the fact that one of your employees the same guy that damaged my railing also damaged both side of my aluminum siding on the doorman including breaking the bottom of the aluminum trim You promised me and reassured me that you would have my railings replaced and I even arranged the company that installed them last year to reach out. since he gave you the quote you have not returned any of his calls either. Please contact me and make arrangements to pay for the damages that you are well aware of.
