I purchased and ordered new appliances a month in advance. Two days before assured delivery date, a rep contacts to say that there will be a month delay and there's nothing they can do. No temporary replacement offered. Said at time I ordered, the product was actually discontinued. No notice given at time of purchase. Said I can't refund because it was "special" order. HORRIBLE communication and POOR customer service. Avoid this set up!
