Provide recommendations if it needs an immediate fix or can be put-off in a bucket-list. His very passionate on what he does. Appreciate even more when he extended his services by conducting a thorough researched about the type of application the roof is installed. We had a leaked on our roof last summer, and the insurance's hired contractor mentioned incorrect application type is installed to our roof. I mentioned this to Frank and after a thorough inspection put-up a separate report for my insurance. Just a hardworking, detail-oriented and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Frank to anyone who needs a Home Inspection.
