We purchased a stair runner from Anderson's when we moved into our new home 2 years ago. The carpet was intended for high traffic areas so it was assumed that use on the stairs would not be a problem. After a short time the tracks of where we walked on the stairs became obvious (possibly the white strands in the pile showing over the other colours) We asked the owner what we could do to correct or replace the runner and after reviewing it, offered to replace this for us. Anderson's installer, Wayne, did a fantastic job taking the old runner out and installing the new one. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Jim for going above and beyond to take care of your customers. Service like this is the exception rather than the rule these days and we cannot express our gratitude strongly enough.
