I have decided to go with Kremer Blinds because the quality and installation craftsmanship is excellent. I appreciate the fact that I am dealing with Omri throughout the process from sales to final installation. He knows his stuff and made very good recommendations that will save me from a lot of headache down the road. I couldn't be happier with the way my new shades and blinds turned out. I highly recommend everyone to go to Kremer Blinds.

The door installed was of really high quality and the installer did a fantastic job. There was a slight scratch on the inside glass panel of the door so I called Alma up to take a look at it. Yuri from the service department evaluated the defect and immediately ordered a new glass panel for me during the holidays. Because it was during the holidays, the glass panel won't arrive till much later. He kept me posted weekly about the progress and finally scheduled a time to come and get the glass panel replaced. He stuck to the schedule and came in to do the replacement despite a crazy snow storm weather with 25cm of snow. It is truly about what a company does after the sales process that determines the level of customer service, and ALMA is a shining example of this. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for doors or windows.

The level of service and experience I had with Spring Home is top notch. From calling in to schedule appointments with Rodina and Hannah to having the AC installed, everyone was extremely pleasant and is very accomodating to my schedule. I've had requested for a thermostat install and they've sent Kiril who is a fantastic gentleman. Extremely polite and dedicated to his craft. He has diagnosed that the initial current thermostat wiring was done poorly and spent many hours trying to fix the problem. Kiril eventually had to redo all the wires and even replaced my old damaged circuit board so that it can properly connect to the furnace. Without a doubt, this is definitely one of the best customer service I've received from anyone to date. Extremely impressed and huge kudos to Kiril, Rodina, Hannah and the team!

All I can say is Wow; Kaizen did a fantastic job in cleaning my place. Place was dirty and there was even mould on the bathroom floor which they were able to scrub right off. I admire the attention to detail that they spent on cleaning the place up. They took their time in ensuring not a single spot was missed. I am rarely impressed but their level of service exceeds my already high expectations. Big kudos to the Kaizen team.

Brent's excellent service began right at the very beginning when I called him for a quote and schedule a booking. He is polite and quick to respond on any inquiries I had. During the inspection, he pointed out many things that only an experienced inspector could identify. His report also came back very thorough. Highly recommend Brent to anyone looking for house inspection.
