I contacted Castellanos Reno & Repair and got a call back within an hour which was very impressive. I described the repair work, which was fixing my staircase, as a bunch of spindles had come loose. He visited our house the next day for a quick evaluation and explained the most cost effective way to fix it - which was to open the staircase and lowering the handrail and tightening it again. I agreed with the repair work. He looked at his schedule and gave me a timeslot in a week, which he actually kept. In fact he came a day sooner. He fixed the staircase perfectly.
