Fixing a deck done by others to comply with Heritage, Building Code and Zoning Requirements
We live in a heritage district and had a challenge with compliance on 2 front decks (we live on a corner) across 3 different town departments - heritage, building and zoning. Adam Malley, the owner of Bildam went with us personally to the Town of Markham to work through the issues in partnership with the staff there, completed all drawing and liased repeatedly with various town staff to resolve the complex technical issues involved. Adam and his team were always available to help and provided peace of mind as well as quality work.
