Chip returned my original email quickly, came and provided a quote in a timely fashion - providing pictures of the roof - shingles and venting. His crew was on scene and had the job done in 1 day - they worked hard and cleaned the property immaculately before leaving. Chip kept in touch all day - showing us progress pictures, as well as showing us that the wood under the shingles was in good shape. On thing that was missed after the long days work - and Chip came and did it himself the very next day. You can't find better service. I find it is impossible these days to get people to reply to texts and emails - this job was a refreshing change, he kept in touch along the way and we are very happy with the work. Also - he is local - it makes a difference!
