Our sales person, Stan Anderson, was great. Stan did what he said he was going to do. We were provided with a call advising us of a tentative start date. A week before the tentative date we were advised this would be an actual start date and on the start date the installers called to advise they were on their way. The work was completed within the time frame Pollard provided. Our only concern was that the installers did not clean up after themselves as well as they should have. Over all we have been very happy with our Pollard experience
