Jason was a world class guy. He promptly quoted worked with us on understanding what we needed and quickly got the job done. He was working in the blistering heat and not one complaint. Finished product is a beautiful, perfectly sloped clean and extremely well done walkway into the front of our house. He cleaned up after everyday answered all our questions. Will be calling him back for our car port job.
Well a stressful late night call after needing a simple cartridge change turned quick nightmare when our water was stuck on and our condo building shut off valve's completely in accessible. Rick was amazing, responded so quick and was so knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to take the time to show us everything to prevent this from happening again. He also made note and provided documentation for me to take to my Condo Board and Property Management to ensure that my shut-off valves are fixed due to their inaccessibility. While a seemingly simple job showed quite expensive, we know better than to not fool around with water especially in a large building downtown Toronto. Thanks again Rick for your patience and preventative tips! Was so happy with the service, timeliness and attention to detail! Won't call anyone else but Rick from Mr. Rooter!
