Really liked the selection at this store. Prices are pretty competitive and I found the sales staff to be quite helpful. All in all, a great store with affordable and quality products.
We hired AmeriSpec to do our home inspection for a house we were buying in Westwood Plateau. For the money we paid, it didn't seem like we got a lot. Because our house was 3 stories and on an unlevel service, our inspector would not check the roof. He used a device to determine whether there was mold and said that the basement suite was okay. However, a couple of months later, we were repairing the kitchen downstairs, and when we removed some tile, there was tons of mold there! The real things like plumbing, electrical, and foundation checks aren't even part of the home inspection, so I feel this is an additional cost for nothing! Its really only a visual inspection, one which you can make yourself.
