Troy sent the crew out last month to clean the windows, skylights, and canopy glass. I gotta say - the job was well done, but the crew cracked a skylight panel. I was pleased that they admited responsibility, and the company sent over a glass company to replace the skylight, and they paid for it. Trust like that is why I keep using North Shore Home Services! Dear Troy, I would like to personally thank you and your team for the outstanding work you do for myself and for the work that you do for London Drugs. When it comes to the work that you have done around my house it has been excellent. Every window gleams like they were new and just installed. Also the new gutter system you suggested last fall is amazing. Finally a system with no clogs considering the large number of trees that surround my house. For all these years of cleaning our windows, pressure washing our driveways and walkways it has made our house look better. Thanks.
