I put alot of thought into my quotes. It came in under quote because I like to let people know the worst case scenario for a repair. I know if I were a customer I would hate for someone to tell me one price then have the price go UP in the middle of the work, making me feel held "hostage" with my appliance in pieces. In my experience repairing an appliance can sometimes open a "can of worms". We could go in to fix one thing and find multiple things needing repair deep inside. I try to make sure I quote accordingly. I use my experience to give a range of best-case / worst-case prices. Then I charge what it actually costs in time and parts. Anyone who makes quotes knows it is tough, like trying to predict the future. So, when I get feedback like this I feel a sense of pride. Thanks Michael
