After some initial confusion on their part, they installed the fireplace and mantel and its beautiful. Well crafted and all of the people who worked on it were extremely professional. Will definitely use them again.

We called when we suspected a gas leak and he came extremely quickly and reassured us all was ok. We had been cited by the gas company so he completed the repairs in a professional and timely fashion. We were very very impressed at how reasonable the costs were, and would highly recommend the service! Absolutely professional and courteous!

We had worked with Garcon the previous year and had an excellent and flawless experience with them. Unfortunately this time was not quite as successful. The work they did on our house was absolutely excellent and of the absolute highest quality (as proven by a drastic rainstorm we weathered without problem after their excellent repairs to our drainage system). However, we found this time we had to micro-manage the project at several points, pointing out they were not done on three occasions and finally giving up on getting on small last repair done when the guy they hired did not come in a month. In fact, at one point the new manager told us to call the guy ourselves (why pay them if we have to do it?) but upon talking to Adam he corrected this. However, after a month of trying they did not get the last small repair done. In fairness, however, Adam did not charge for it and reduced the price more than fairly. Once again though, after the project was completed, we spent a month trying to get them to remove their lock box to no avail-several emails and a phone call and no action. The finally did it after threats to take further action. We give them a 7-not because of their work which was excellent and unquestionably of the highest quality (you really are unlikely to find better workmanship anywhere), but because the project management and follow up was rather poor in this case. Hopefully they will read this review, take it to heart, and revert back to the excellent and top-line service we originally experienced in 2012. Its really hard to give this review given the high quality of work, but we are frustrated from micro-managing this and having to continuously tell them what had to be finished. I hope this is simply an aberration and growing pains for an otherwise great company.

Excellent service-they worked very hard, were very tidy, and did an excellent job! Would absolutely hire again. We have hugely high ceilings and it was a difficult job but they performed flawlessly!

Excellent service! Came twice and we were extremely pleased both times! We will use them again since we need to install a whole new lock system! Don't call anyone else-these guys are great!

Prompt efficient service, even though one painter had an emergency and could not come, the one who came worked so hard and diligently and did an excellent, very professional job. Fantastic will hire again!

They came to diagnose the problem right away-so polite and gave an extremely fair estimate. Will have them back to fix the problem. Super efficient and great to work with. Very pleased with knowledge. They will come back to fix, and they are honest.

In our new house we had problems with our old furnace which was not igniting, and the ducts needed a cleaning. They helped us clean upour air cleaner filters (which hadn't been done in ages by the looks of it), but when that led to other problems, they offered us a very good deal for a slightly used (1 month) furnace, and came to install it (albeit with some time confusion and delays). They spent a long day working and were very courteous to get out in time for our family dinner. Unfortunately the new furnace did not work either, so they lived up to their promise and gave us an even better brand new furnace and duct cleaning for the price they originally promised, even though I am certain it cost them far more. They do what they say and live up to their word, and work very hard to make things right with their customers. Very honest and live up to their undertakings. Will definitely use again

Received service that was prompt and far beyond the call of duty in terms of un-clogging a basement drain. We also got help with other things, all included in the price. We are super impressed with the excellent service and will call them for all our needs. They really know what they are doing, and go far beyond the call of duty to assist us as new home owners.

From day 1 they were very professional, worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted in budget-they even made suggestions to lower costs if we wanted. The guys who came to work were incredibly polite and efficient and tidy, and the foreman also came to inspect-he cared about the work being done. We were super impressed on the last day when they came to clean and the house looked like professional cleaners had come. We will definitely use them again and recommend them very highly. Why go anywhere else when their work is well done, the prices are fair, and they are incredibly respectful and professional? These are great contractors.

They were an absolute delight-came 4 times and only charged for the major repair. I am impressed and would recommend them highly for effective, professional and ethical service!! They really know what they are doing and don't over charge at all.

I called about an oven repair-over the phone he could tell me it was not worth fixing as the cost would be comparable to buying a new oven. I greatly appreciate the honesty and would definitely call again for all needs and recommend to friends. He could have wasted my money by coming and charging me to tell me the same thing. Very honest
