Had to replace 5 windows (4 upstairs 1 downstairs) that were over 25 yrs old. Things were smooth and easy from first consultation with Vlad, to final measurements, to install day. The crew was quick, clean, and professional. They made sure keep the work area tidy and left it tidy when done. All done in one day. I am happy with the windows themselves as well. Would definitely recommend North Shield for your next set of windows.
