This comany was recommended by a relative. We had them clean the living, dining, familyroom and one bedroom. They did a good job but were not able to get rid of every stain. They offer a 2 year price freeze in which they'll provde this same service over the next two years for as many times as you need for the exact same cost, which is good. We'd use them again or recommend them.
We were renovating our bathroom and look to this as a away to save some money by reglazing the existing bathtub. It took a day tostrip the tub the reglaze it. IT llok great when ti was deon as the previous owners had tried to glaze it themself and it looked terrible. 6 months to a year later we noticed a bit of the glaze coming off in a small area so phoned the company. The dispatcher did mention that this could have been done by something dropping onto the tub and causing the enamel to chip off. She said they would call us back but never did. We did find that with two young kids it was easy to get a few chips in the enamel. Overall is was a good experience in terms of money saved and how much beter it looks. We're just not sure about the durability.
We were very happy with the excellent service provided by this company. They were timely in calling us back to schedule the service call, showing up and completing the project on time. The repair required two parts, a thermostat and timer and they were very good about getting back to us when the ordered parts had arrived and accommodating our work schedules. The estimate for the repair was accurate as well. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We would call them again.
Installing new exterior prehung wood front door & fibreglass garage door
Scott was friendly, very professional and good at communicating. He gaves us some ideas to save money on the installation with tasks we could do ourselves. The quote was close to the actual price which is always good. The work was done quickly yet with good workmanship. The doors look good, now we just need to paint the primed door frames. He mentioned door installations is something he does on the side between larger renovations. We would definitely call him again.
Their price was good compared to some other companies I received quotes on. Our neighbours had also used them and were happy with the results. Taking off the old roof they discovered some rotting wood in the support beams so they gave me a quote for that and I had them do that also. There was some other non essential work which I didn't have them do as it was not a safety or structural issue like this repair was. There was some unintentional damage done when they were doing the shingles around a skylight but they made sure that was repaired to my satisfaction. The crew was fast and did a great job! The roof looks good. I'd highly recommend them.
Buying new exterior wood craftsman front door & exterior fibreglass garage door
The front door was an engineered Fir door with a wood block core construction with a veneer that you can paint or stain. It had 3 wood panels, a dentil shelf and and 6 small bevelled glass windows in the upper third. It was a beautiful looking door, especially once we put a darker stain on it. $875 + taxes. The exterior fibreglass garage door was a simple design with 6 panels, solid, heavy and already primed. $225 + taxes. Anna was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very professional. I'd highly recommend them!
