Recommend by our contractor, definitely a hole in a wall and very obscure location. But great selection, no frills display, value priced. Good service. Staff was knowledgeable. We purchased our bathroom tiles for two of our home reno projects for two different homes.
We were looking for a specific style and colour for our front stairs. And our contractor recommended Olympia Tiles. Awesome selection: from ornate to basic. As my husband wasn't able to visit the store, the salespeople gave me samples to bring home. Great service and knowledge. Our tiles are a wonderful complement to our yellow house.
My picky husband wanted a specify style of porch lights. We dropped in to the store not knowing what to expect. Wow, the selection was overwhelming: every style for every part of your house you can think of. Service a little slow as they are quite busy, however, we love our lights.

I agree that the store looks rundown from the outside, however, once you step in, the selection is endless. Price point a little high, however, good quality. Sales people quite knowledgeable.

great selection of fabrics and designs. patient sales people as I couldn't decide on colour/style/pattern. delivery was on time as promised. good price points. after 7 years, our sofas still look and feel new. FYI: we ordered our sofas in beige/cream colour and now that we have 3 young boys in the house, the sofas have withstood their bundle of energy, crayola markers, spilled milk. In other words, resilient.
During a false alarm, the company was persistent in trying to reach our family and at the same sent out a patrol car + dog to check out our house. Fortunately is was a false alarm, however, I feel that we are very secure based on their diligence and persistence.
