Joe and his apprentice politely, patiently and efficiently discovered the cause of a dead circuit in our dining room- a cable that had been previously partially severed by flooring installers. The repair was effected with absolute minimal invasiveness- only 2 holes to access and remove the damaged cable, which were easily re-covered with the baseboard. Terrific job, and I definitely recommend Solutions for any electrical work!

Frank and the team were great to work with! Took time to explain the quote and potential additional costs (didn't mention the cost of the ESA inspection, but I should have asked about it). Work was done quickly and efficiently, very friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Our home had electrical issues in that a few lights and outlets were not working. Given that we have aluminum wiring we elected to go with the recommended full home inspection whereby each and every outlet and light fixture (inside and outside) was taken apart and inspected. We also needed new wiring run to the dishwasher as a previous handyman's skills were not up to code; and we elected to change several lights in our home during the process. Joe and an assistant arrive on time; and were courteous and professional throughout the work. The finished product was neat, clean and very professional. A very messy hidden junction was found behind one wall and that was absolutely a fire hazard; so we were very happy to have that corrected. Would we hire this company again? Absolutely. they were neat, clean, professional and the work came in on target with their estimate.

Joe came over and installed my Tesla charger. He was professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to explain the process and did an impeccable job. I am extremely happy with the job and will definitely recommend Solution to friends and family.

On May 25/16, Dave from Solutions Electrical removed our old kitchen ceiling fan and installed a new one. He also removed our old dining room chandelier and installed a new one. This is the 3rd time we have used Solutions Electrical and they are always great to deal with. From Jennifer booking the appointment and confirming it, to Dave arriving on time and doing a professional job and Sue sending our invoice by email. They are professional and courteous and we would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician!

They were always on time and did the job, answered several questions clearly regarding the project. Dave did a good job. The quality of the job done was A - OK . And got a passing mark from the ESA.

I had recently moved into a new condo, and was eager to get ceiling lights installed in the bedrooms since there weren't any. I contacted a few places but couldn't get anybody in as quickly as I had hoped. I then tried Solutions Electrical, and Frank himself called me back almost as soon as I had left my message, and immediately arranged for one of their installers to come out. I was overwhelmed by his customer service (and friendliness), and to say I was ecstatic at how quickly it was all done would be an understatement! I was equally thrilled with his installer, Joe. He was right on time, incredibly pleasant, and patient when I was indecisive about how I wanted my pendant lights hung. He provided his input too, and we made the decision jointly - I even enjoyed that part of the process! All in all, there was absolutely nothing about the entire experience that wasn't incredibly positive. Even the bill was less than I had thought, and lower than others had quoted me. I won't even consider calling anybody else in the future.

I had called several companies in Toronto and no one called me back. So then I looked up Electrical Companies with good reviews and "Solutions Electrical" was highly recommended by past costumers. I spoke with Tony on the telephone and he explained there would be a minimum charge for coming to assess the issue. The next day he had 2 professional employees at our house. They diagnosed the problem. They were efficient. Tidied and swept after the job was completed and we have had not any issues with the lights since! I can highly recommend Solutions Electrical!

Dave carried out a very fast and professional repair to our outlets and replaced the necessary fuses as well. Excellent experience and definitely would not hesitate to use Solutions again. Thanks Jim

Called Solutions Electrical for a second time. I purchased new exterior fixtures for my home and needed them to be installed. I spoke with Sue and she immediately started the ball rolling. Tony called and set up an appointment to come over. Just two days later Tony came over and looked over the job and I had come up with more things for him to add to the estimate. A day later Tony sent the estimate by email and I quickly made an appointment for his crew. A day later Joe and Stephanie attended and started the electrical install. The job took a couple of days. Joe and Stephanie were always on time, courteous, and very professional. They cleaned up after they completed each fixture. They also installed a dedicated line for my washer and installed two ceiling fans. I would highly recommend Solutions Electrical. They are very skilled electricians that do a proper job and don't cut corners like others. Thanks in advance to all at Solutions Electrical.
