    Replacing GFCI Outlet

    The crew was great, they came on time and well prepared. They cleaned up the work after they were done, left it spotless!

    Kitchen Lighting Upgrade

    What is professionalism? In simple terms, it is doing everything politely, competently, exhibiting mastery of the trade and an understanding and experience with related peripheral factors. Solutions Electrical Electrician, Joe and his apprentice, Stephanie were everything I could have hoped for to install six new pot lights and two pendant fixtures in my kitchen, replacing a 13 year old fluorescent fixture that is no longer in style. The Team arrived a few minutes early – punctuality is really being politeness. They brought all the necessary materials – dimmers, switches, wall boxes and octagon boxes for the ceiling – all specifically for retrofit work and high quality. They even brought a very heavy duty bag for garbage! Together we took about 2 hours to lay out the new fixtures to achieve the optimum aesthetics and even lighting coverage. All the openings for pulling in new wiring were cut with a hole saw fitted with a dust shield. Cabinets and the new counter top were protected by plastic sheeting. Wall repair will be relatively easy since I have all the pieces that were cut out – thanks Joe. The existing circuits were relocated to suit the new fixtures and Stephanie began installing the pot lights. Joe then demonstrated a combination of magic and perseverance in running in a new circuit from the basement – the existing floor was really tough drilling because of some of the material being particle board which blinded the screw tip on the drill. Ultimately the wire appeared in the basement ceiling and was fished to the panel and connected. The hole in the wall used to drill through the floor became an outlet – again, thanks. The lighting is bright, modern and looks great. For the work involved, the cost was very fair and the high quality fixtures will pay off in long term reliability. I was fortunate to have such a great team perform the work – I would use Solutions Electrical again if I needed electrical services, and I would not say that if I wasn’t extremely pleased with the results.

    lost power in garage, lights keep going out in kitchen

    My lights kept burning out way too fast in the kitchen, found out there was a loose wire. Also we lost power in garage and didnt know why. We were told to check for a reset button first but I couldn't find one turns out it was on the bottom of my electrical panel! Who knew lol. Also one of our lights in the garage is quite low so Joe suggested we put a cover over the bulb so it wouldn't get hit and break so we had him do that as well. Overall we were very pleased and will use solutions electrical again.

    Installed light switches and oulets in basement

    This is the 2nd time I have used Solutions Electrical for different types of jobs. They are knowledgeable, do a great job, are courteous, polite and leave the job site clean. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

    install a light in a closet, install a 3 way switch for the basement, separate light switch for laundry room.

    Tony was very prompt in getting back to me and giving the estimate. The final bill did not exceed the estimate, there were no hidden costs. They got the job done quickly and it looks great. They added to the electrical panel for us which was not included in the job so that was very helpful as well.

    Check the installation of a double wall oven

    I have used Solutions Electrical on several occasions over the last two years and find them to be a company that offers great service at a reasonable price.The people are friendly and knowledgeable, and work is done to a high standard.

    3 large and complicated kitchen fixtures and 2 dimmers installed

    I had a lot of anxiety about having these fixtures installed because one of them is over sixty pounds and the other two were very complicated to assemble and put up properly. As always, my go to is Homestars and again, the results were amazing. After watching a "master" like Joe B and his assistant get down to work, I realised that I had hired the right company. Not only was Joe's attention to detail equal to mine but his attitude was so cheery, and his willingness to make everything perfect made what could have been an unbearable day more than pleasant. They were remarkably neat and conscious of my home as well. After enduring unbelievable ineptitude and uncaring quality of workmanship in my newly constructed townhouse, it was more than a relief to deal with such professionals. I would never consider hiring anyone else in the future for any of my electrical needs.

    New lights in bedroom and moving some outlets

    Great service from Solutions Electrical. They did an excellent job on our bedroom potlights and installing and moving some wall outlets. I would use Solutions Electrical again and highly recommend them

    Electrical Repair

    Its true, excellent customer service still does exist out there! We called the good folks at Solutions Electric and described our situation over the phone. Although they did end up having to come out to do the repair they at least tried to diagnose it first without having to send a technician and charging us. Joe the technician was fantastic and even completed a few other minor repairs while he was here. Search no more, use Solutions on any electric work you need done!

    Basement full wiring and new panel

    Called Solutions and talked with Tony. Set me up with Joe. Joe is a professional! ! He was always on time worked hard all day and provided great ideas and info. Joe made my man cave basement a reality! Thanks Joe and thanks to Solutions Electrical for a great experience. Mike from Barrie
